Scope of application:
Determination of the fire test performance of products used as internal linings in buildings.
BS 476-6: Fire performance of wall and ceiling products is assessed by flame propagation index size.A thermocouple was used to continuously record the difference between the temperature in the chimney and the room temperature, and the results (the curve of temperature difference and time) were compared with the calibration curve, which was measured in the same way with a specified density of asbestos-cement slabs.
